EBU Charter for Equal
Opportunities
for Women in Broadcasting.
On 3rd, 4th and 5th
May 1995 a conference was held in the studio of the BBC,
titled Reflecting Diversity: the challence for women
and men in European boadcasting.
Three days of
lectures and workshops concluded with the acceptance of
the EBU Charter for Equal Opportunities for Women in
Broadcasting.
An exhaustive report of the conference was published
in the magazine of BBC Television EQUALIT i TV
news from the equal opportunities department
issue number 16 June 1995.
