EBU Charter for Equal Opportunities
for Women in Broadcasting.

On 3rd, 4th and 5th May 1995 a conference was held in the studio of the BBC, titled Reflecting Diversity: the challence for women and men in European boadcasting.

Three days of lectures and workshops concluded with the acceptance of the EBU Charter for Equal Opportunities for Women in Broadcasting.
